By using this website, you indicate that, effective from the date you first used it, you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other documents referred to on this page). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please stop using this website.

We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the website or our Services after that posting means you agree to be bound by the amended terms.

If you transact through this website (i.e. purchase goods and/or services), you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any student, company or other legal entity you represent.

“We, Us, Our”

means Aurobo Academy, operated by Cloud Inspire Pty Ltd (ABN 40 642 564 430), or any person acting on our behalf and with our authority.

“You, Your”

means any user of our website or Services, including a parent, teacher, guardian and/or student.

“Program”

means a face-to-face or online class, workshop or term run by us as part of our Services.

“Workshop”

means a face-to-face class run as part of a Program.

“Student”

means an individual enrolled in a Program.

“Services”

means the hands-on, interactive after-school, weekend, school-holiday and online robotics programs we offer, including via this website.

“Fee”

means the fees payable to us for registering and enrolling a Student in a Program.

“Personal Information”

means any information that identifies or can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly — e.g. name, date of birth, email address, or other demographic information.

“Application”

means any online programming interface, tablet app, or software (e.g. WeDo 2.0) we make available to you.

Enrolment is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation email that the Student has been successfully enrolled in the Program. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our sole discretion. Term fees are paid in advance.

If a Creative Kids Voucher submitted by a parent is not accepted by Service NSW, the enrolment will be cancelled.

We are unable to offer make-up classes, refunds, or discounts for missed classes — this keeps a stable learning environment for all students with minimal disruption. If a student enrols after a term has already started, we'll refund a pro-rata amount for the classes already missed. If classes are stopped or cancelled due to a pandemic or similar reason beyond our control, we'll offer credit toward a future term.

Cancellation notice periods for a term you've already paid for:

• 14+ days before the first class: full refund or course credit.
• Within 7 days of the first class: a $25 administrative fee applies.
• Within 2 business days of the first class: no refund; credit considered case-by-case.
• After the trial class, before the 2nd class: pro-rata refund applied.
• After the 2nd class or later: no refund; pro-rata credit considered case-by-case.

All cancellation requests must be made to us in writing (email is fine — see Contact us below).

Self-paced online Programs are a subscription-based service. Upon registration we issue an online account with an expiry date to access the platform. Once issued, these accounts are non-refundable.

The NSW Creative Kids Rebate can be redeemed for a voucher worth up to $150 per calendar year, per student aged 4.5–18 who is enrolled in school. If a Program is cancelled, we cannot refund the rebate as cash — it will instead be issued as credit for future use.

• Disclosing a student's medical conditions is mandatory. Some conditions may require a carer/parent to be present in class.
• If your child attends OOSH on the day of a class, you must provide OOSH the appropriate authority for the enrolment.
• Please arrive on time to pick up students at the end of class.
• We may terminate an enrolment immediately if a student is found to be misbehaving, distracting other students, or otherwise disrupting the class.
• Please provide one easily-reachable emergency contact number, and double-check your email/phone details are correct — we use them for all future communication.
• Parents and siblings may not stay in the classroom, as this can disrupt other students.
• We do not provide food, to help avoid severe allergy issues. For full-day or multi-day programs, please send your child with a water bottle, lunch, and morning/afternoon tea.

Participants at Aurobo Academy Workshops will be involved in various activities where they may be photographed and/or filmed. Photos and videos of students may be used in our publications, marketing materials, and website for promotional purposes.

We will only use photos/videos of your child as authorised by you. If you do not want your child photographed or filmed, please give us written notice (see Contact us below) and we'll make sure it's respected.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our Software, limited by these Terms. You're responsible for how any Users you've appointed use it. We may discontinue, update, revise or change the Software's features at any time, or terminate access — including for non-payment of fees.

We're committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988. When you choose to share information with us, you trust us to act responsibly and in your best interests — here's how we protect it.

Information we collect

When you enrol or purchase through this website, we collect the Personal Information you submit via our forms, so we can process your transaction and provide customer service. We may also collect general usage data (IP address, visit dates, pages viewed, browser/device type, referring site) to help us improve the website and measure marketing activity.

Securing & storing your information

Transactions on this website pass through a secure server using SSL encryption, so your information can't be read or altered in transit. We take reasonable steps to keep the information we hold accurate, up to date, and secured against unauthorised access.

How we use & release your information

We only release your information as authorised by you, where required by law, or where needed for us to provide our Services (e.g. to a delivery company). We never sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to third parties. Only our own staff who need it to serve you can access it.

Your data protection rights

You can ask to access, correct, update, or request deletion of any Personal Information we hold about you — just contact us (see below) and we'll respond within 14 days. If your information was collected on the basis of consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting anything we processed before the withdrawal.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technology to keep the website working and to understand how it's used (e.g. whether an email was opened, or a link was clicked). These don't read your hard drive, but may be stored on it to recognise you on return visits.

If you're on one of our mailing lists, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us directly.

All text, graphics, video and other content on this website is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, and belongs to us, our suppliers, or linked third parties. You may not distribute, reproduce, display or publish any of it for any purpose without our prior written approval.

Linking to, or advertising on, this website does not mean we endorse that third party or their content — visiting linked sites is at your own risk. Due to the nature of websites, we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability (e.g. during maintenance), and accept no liability for downtime. We may suspend or terminate your access to this website at our sole discretion, without notice.

Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond their reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, fire, flood, industrial action). This website is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be handled in that jurisdiction.
